Millennials and Gen Z’s are the majority of the workforce. While Millennials were growing up with the internet, Gen Z’s don’t know a world without it. As the internet has brought about social media and communication changes, there are professional skills that are necessary for younger generations to learn in order to assimilate and communicate clearly as teammates and future leaders.
