Leadership has changed dramatically – where we used to have top-down authority, we now see leaders creating conversations with those they are leading. We find that listening and collaborating play a huge role in successful leadership. As we hire new employees who are younger and less experienced professionally, we’ll need to focus on developing them using a wide range of soft skills.
