The statistics about Millennials taking over the workforce in the next 10 years aren’t new. You’ve probably been hearing about it for a while. It’s all for good reason. Hiring and retaining Millennial talent is critical to the success of your business.

Using labor statistics, generational research and her experiences in working with Millennials over the past decade, Lindsay will give you a deep dive into her “Four Factors of Millennial Engagement” framework. She will share strategies you can implement immediately to get ahead of the shifting workforce and maximize Millennial contribution within your organization.

In-House Group Coaching for Your Millennial Employees

How it works:

Before we begin training, each participant will receive an attitude assessment and a one-on-one meeting with Lindsay to review their results. We meet as a group for 90 minutes every other week for 3 months. During the program, each participant will receive:

  • One-on-one attention
  • Open phone access throughout session for 911 calls
  • Pre-work for each meeting
  • Space to discuss current issues as they arise

Training Topics Include:

  • Goal setting
  • Time management
  • Enhancing self awareness
  • How to give and receive feedback
  • Stress management
  • Understanding and supporting the company’s mission
  • Conflict resolution

At the conclusion of six sessions, participants will have an opportunity to evaluate the program and the current workplace culture. Lindsay will then meet with company leaders to summarize outcomes and give supporting best practices.
